Public Health

The Public should be Aware of
Pests That Could Endanger Their Health

Rats and mosquitoes are vectors for carrying disease.

Rats carry Hantavirus, Salmonella, and other viruses such as LCMV.

Mosquitoes spread West Nile to humans and heart worms to your canine.

Both of these are a threat to Public Health and should be avoided at all costs.

The Bed Bug, however, is our biggest offender at this time

Bed Bugs are small and oval shaped beetles but they can be seen with a close inspection

Look in the folds and crevices of your mattress, for dark fecal spots, eggs, shell casings, blood spots, and live bugs

Bed Bugs are medium brown and turn darker as they fill themselves with your blood

Bed Bugs are nocturnal. They hide from the light, therefore, they move around at night and look for a host, You and Your Family

Bed Bugs will crawl onto your exposed skin and feed by piercing the dermis layer of your skin and sucking out blood

Although they do not spread disease, they do destroy the looks and usability of bedding, and leave itchy red bumps on your body

Bed Bugs will not go away on their own. You cannot eliminate bed bugs yourself. You must use the proper chemicals and do the correct type of treatment to eliminate them and quite often more than one service is required.

“I have always appreciated your service over the years and couldn’t be happier with what you do for me! It is rare to find a business like your – you genuinely care about your customers and I am grateful to have found you to service my pest control needs.”
